About

IEMusic is a decade old music industry workshop company founded by Sam Robson in 2012.

Since our inception, we have partnered with some of the biggest names in music to further educate our musicians of tomorrow. We have delivered over 800 music industry seminars and workshops, as well as provided countless performance opportunities for young people on some of the UK’s biggest musical stages.

Our curriculum relevant activity provides the perfect blend of industry experience, aspirations, future careers and current development to assist you with your teaching needs as well as providing second to none understanding of the current music industry climate and next steps for young people to further their music career portfolio.

One of the main parts of an IEMusic workshop day is understanding the basic concepts of songwriting. We focus on key features within songwriting; chord progression, dynamics, tempo, rhythms, patterns. Students break off into groups to compose their own songs with one to one help from our attending artist! ✨🎵💫
